  1. Provide assistance to corporations in assigned territory
  2. Conduct cold callings to increase corporate accounts data base
  3. Monitor sales performance for all corporations, and discuss in detail their progress or reduction in sales
  4. Conduct daily monitoring if account transactions to avoid negative balances
  5. If required, conduct account audits to recover on system error transactions
  6. Create programs to corporations to increase their sales
  7. Conduct sales calls with industry representatives in territory, if required
  8. Plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities to agreed budget, sales volumes
  9. Develop, together with our analyst, ideas and create offers to promote routes where Seaborne Airlines have direct competition to increase sales
  10. Analyze all markets and develop special offers to destinations
  11. Liaise and attend meeting with tourism offices, hotels associations, and convention bureau to perform duties and aid business and organizational development if required
  12. Handle all calls coming in from corporations in the assigned territory
  13. Participate in conventions and or trade shows to promote the corporate product and other Seaborne Airlines offerings
  14. Promote all Seaborne Airlines products
  15. Analyze and understand all sales reports
  16. Attend sales meetings
  17. Travel in a regular basis to support our sales goals and company vision
  18. Additional assignment as requested by Direct report

A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE MUST POSSES: 

  1. Bachelor's degree in management with 2-4 yrs experience in airline operations or other related work
  2. 3-5 yrs successful business to business sales experience
  3. Fully bilingual:  write, speak and read, Spanish and English
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills required
  5. Ability to accurately diagnose known and unknown account business needs and translate needs into opportunities and appropriate offering
  6. Strong negotiation skills that lead to mutually beneficial deals
  7. Excellent account planning that balances potential and achievability
  8. Most have own car, valid driver's license and safe driving history/records for insurance and liability reasons
  9. Computer skills:  MS Office, email, internet
  10. Position based in the US Virgin Islands (No relocation provided)
