Manage group travel inquiries from point of initial lead through executed contract ie. sell, support and maintain group travel reservations consisting of 8 or morepassengers.

Manage a wide range of client bases such as Personal: large family gatherings, festivals and carnivals Education: school groups, college and university students Corporate: corporate retreats meeting conventions and sporting events.

Research on optimal travel alternatives and present availability andtentative itinerary choices to respective Group Clients for approval

Provide consistent level client support and superior customer service to all group clients.

Identify most suitable as well as best quality service with reasonable possible rates

Write and execute group contracts according to Contract of Carriage and terms and policies of the airline.

Create group reservations with all pertinent passenger information.

Coordinate seat holds and ticketing procedures for all group passengers.

Coordinate, supervise all deadlines, payments, changes and additions/deletions in accordance with policies and procedures.

Resolve conflicts arising from delays or cancellation or other issues pertaining to groups travel.

Research and resolve any passenger errors or mistakes in billing or accounting charges.

Review contracts as needed.

Provide reservation call center assistance when needed.
